Just a quick background story to begin with. This isn't your normal slot game. It's a Pachislo game which is something slightly different. The name Pachislo is derived from 'pachinko' and 'slot', the two games on which this popular japanese gambling game is based. As with slots, the aim of the game in Pachislo is to line up paying symbols after placing a bet spinning the game's reels. But in Pachislo each reel only stops spinning when you choose to stop it which why it is sometimes referred to as a skill-stop machine; a name that's entirely misleading given outcomes are random despite any illusion of control over your winning destiny.
Now that you're clear on the pachislo/slot distinction, aside from knowing you have to stop the reels spinning when you play Deep Ocean (otherwise a single game is going to take you quite a while to play) there's really not a whole lot else to it.
As you'd expect with a game named Deep Ocean, paying symbols are a collection of sea creatures...Turtles, Mermaids, Dolphins and Octopus. Triple 8 pays top dollar for a 1 or 2 coin spin, and gets you the progressive jackpot for a max bet 3 coin spin.
