3D Slots seem to be the latest online slots craze right now.
A few casinos have recently announced the addition of new 3D slot games to their range, and one of these casinos is Bovada … and we’re not just talking one or two new games here either. In a news release issued last week Bovada announced the addition of ”over 30 brand new and exciting 3D Slot Games.”
The games are powered by Betsoft and are described by Bovada as having, “enhanced audio-visual effects, a ton of captivating characters and exciting new themes.” The enhanced visual effect is (as their name suggests) that they are rendered in 3D.
You won’t need any special glasses to play the games, and probably won’t find yourself ducking or weaving as objects appear to come flying out of your computer, because they don’t (especially any winnings, just in case you were wondering). Think Pixar movie…high definition, kind of 3D-looking animations.
As for jackpots – no these are just fixed payout games. But no doubt 3D jackpot slot games are on the way.
Just last month Microgaming penned a deal with 3D slot developer Sheriff Gaming. Hopefully this means we’ll get to see a 3D flavor added to the Microgaming’s progressive jackpot games some time soon!
